GHOST PRODUCER is an online platform that connects artists to ghost producers, providing unique and exclusive music for sale.

After purchasing a track, the buyer retains exclusive rights to it. The content of the website, except songs sold, is the property of GHOST PRODUCER or partners.

3. Confidentiality:

4. Music Usage:

After purchase, the user has the right to use the track as they wish, as long as they do not resell it or pass it on to third parties.

5. User Responsibility:

The user agrees to provide truthful information and keep their access credentials secure and confidential.

6. Refunds and Cancellations:

7. Limitation of Liability:

GHOST PRODUCER is not responsible for damages arising from the use of our services, including, but not limited to, misuse of music.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions:

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on the website and will take effect upon publication.

9. Disputes and Resolutions:

Disputes between the user and GHOST PRODUCER will be resolved amicably, and if there is no agreement, they will be submitted to the court of the district in which GHOST PRODUCER is based.

10. Third Party Content:

The website may contain links to third party websites, and GHOST PRODUCER is not responsible for the content or Privacy Policies of these sites.

11. Use Restrictions: 

It is prohibited to use the website for purposes that are illegal or prohibited by these terms, regulations and notices.
